The Munroe Dairy Marching Milkman Band is performing in downtown Taunton MA tomorrow, Saturday Oct 25th, starting at 4 PM. Except this time we are not marching, as such, maybe serenading is a better word, serenading costumed children as their parents escort them from one car-trunkload of candy to another.
In other words, a Trunk or Treat, sponsored by the City of Taunton and taking place at the Taunton Green in downtown Taunton. We'll be playing from 4 until 6 PM - hope to see you there!

And yes, we are also being sponsored by Munroe Dairy, but don't expect any cows. The milkmen will be busy tucking them in for a good night's sleep.

Hi everybody!
Columbus Day weekend is upon us, and that means one thing . . . Parades!!
The Marching Milkman Band will be playing in two parades this weekend. Our first
appearance will be with Munroe Dairy on Sunday, Oct 12th at the Columbus Day parade on
Federal Hill in Providence. It's a short parade down Atwells Ave, starting at Harris Ave,
and it steps off at 11 AM. Lots of fun & great food!! The whole Munroe Dairy circus will
be there - the band, the antique truck, the dancing cows, and the mini-moo. Check us out!

Our second appearance will be at the huge (10 divisions!) 47th Autumnfest Parade in
Woonsocket on Monday, Oct 13th, the 47th anniversary of Autumnfest. We'll step off from
'way up on Diamond Hill Rd at 9:30 AM. We will be representing Munroe Dairy at this
parade also, but the dairy folks will be busy milking cows, so we'll be on our own in
Division 4.

Beach in Matunuck RI have invited us again to lead their Light Parade to mark the end of
summer. This will be the 11th time the band has led the kids at sunset around the narrow,
magical, colorfully-lit streets of this cottage community.
Though technically a private event, if you happen to be down at the beach in Matunuck
or getting a beer at the Ocean Mist or getting ice cream at The Vanilla Bean on Saturday
at 7:00 PM or so and hear a marching band playing, come join us!
