'Tis the season, and the Marching Milkman Band will be wrapping up its 13th season this coming weekend. On Sunday Dec 4th we'll be marching in the Taunton Christmas Parade in Taunton MA. The parade steps off at 12 noon.
Also check out Taunton's Lighting of the Green on Saturday starting at 4 PM. They've been doing this for 103 years!

Happy Columbus Day weekend everyone!
The rain has created some changes in our schedule which we would like to share with you.
The Columbus Day parade in Westerly has been cancelled for today. The rain date is tomorrow, Monday. We have elected to march in Westerly tomorrow, which means that we are canceling our appearance at the Autumnfest parade in Woonsocket.
No parade for today. If you would still like to see and hear us, we will be in the Columbus Day parade in Westerly tomorrow (Monday), which will step off at 1 PM.

The Marching Milkman Band will be playing in two parades this weekend. Our first appearance will be with Munroe Dairy at the 69th Westerly/Pawcatuck Columbus Day Parade on Sunday, Oct 9th, at 1 PM. The whole Munroe Dairy circus will be there - the band, the antique truck, the dancing cows, and the mini-moo. We've moved up to the first division - check us out!

This will be the fifth time the band has led the kids at sunset around the narrow magical streets of this cottage community. Though technically a private event, if you happen to be down at the beach in Matunuck on Saturday at 7:00 PM and hear a marching band playing, come join us!

We'll be up front again this year in the Chief Marshal's Division. And we'll be supporting Munroe Dairy's parade carnival - there'll be dancing cows, big moo & mini moo milktrucks, milkmen playing tubas, trombones, and trumpets, and who knows what else. Emily won't be the only one in a dress this year!

Munroe Dairy really pulls all the stops for this big, colorful event! The parade steps off at 10 AM. We are usually toward the end, finishing up around 1:30 PM. It's a very cool parade, featuring groups in authentic historic costumes (and milkmen in their whites). Come out and give us a cheer!
